Hi,
My name is Deirdre Harrison (Coach D) and for a long time I struggled to develop an exercise routine and self care habits. I used to join a gym and be super dedicated for a while and then somehow fall off the wagon and get into a rut of not exercising. These stop and go fitness attempts went on for about ten years until I got really fed up and trained myself to run a marathon. I actually ran several marathons, learned how to properly lift weights, eat healthier and harness the power of mindfulness.
With consistent exercise no longer an issue, I'm a healthier, happier person. One thing I've learned through my journey is to just keep moving in the right direction. My long fitness journey got me to where I am today because little by little I took steps in the right direction.
I can truly relate to clients that come to me struggling to exercise regularly or not knowing what to do at all. I've been there and understand the frustration of riding the endless roller coaster. My passion is showing clients the great things waiting for you once you step off that ride.
One of the most impactful ways I’m doing this is by running Coach D’s Fitcamp where people all over the country gather twice a week and together engage in life changing fitness.
